What a way to start the day!

Always freshly homemade, mostly organic, and adaptable to any special diet

Breakfast starts with juice, coffee or tea, and fresh fruit. The hot entrée alternates between savory eggs and something with pure maple syrup. With eggs, there will be wholegrain toast, and buttermilk biscuits or scones unless you don't want carbs. Bacon, sausage, ham or smoked salmon completes the menu. Yogurt and homemade granola are on hand.

Coffee can be brewed or made in a French press or Italian espresso pot. Of course there's decaf and regular, never instant, and mild or strong roasts. A Keurig machine is also available in the entry hall. There are many teabag teas, but the house preference is for brewed loose tea, be it black, green, white or rooibos, plain or flavored, so just let your preference be known.

We use organic milk, organic half and half, cage-free or organic eggs, pure butter, virgin olive oil, and pure maple syrup. Organic fruits from our property are served when available.

Special diet? Your requirements will be met gladly. Advance notice helps!
